6COM 1.25G single fiber SFP module can transmit data at 155Mbps over a distance of 10 km with SMF. This transceiver contains three sections: an FP laser transmitter, a PIN photodiode integrated with a trans-impedance preamplifier (TIA), and an MCU control unit.
