How long does it take to receive a response?
We respond to emails and contact form messages within 24 business hours
(Sunday – Thursday, 10am – 6pm BST). Phone and WhatsApp queries are answered
live during business hours.
Where can I track my order?
Sign in to your BDStall account and visit "My Orders" to see real-time status,
courier tracking, and delivery estimates for each seller. We also send SMS updates
to the mobile number you provided at checkout.
How do I become a seller on BDStall?
Visit our Register
page to sign up. You'll need a valid mobile number to get started.
Once registered, you can open your stall from your profile dashboard.
I think I've been scammed by a seller — what do I do?
Contact us immediately using the form above or call our support line.
