Testfabrics ISO Ballast Type 1

ISO washing load ballast also called washing makeweight ensures that the washing load used for fabric testing is of sufficient weight. It also plays an important role in determining the quality of fabric testing products and evaluating the performance of textile materials. To create uniform and repeatable tests, these ballasts simulate washing the tested materials in a washing machine.
